Bob Heeks serves as an investor and COO of Direct Voice Solutions. He has been involved in many entrepreneurial ventures over the last 30 years, many of which were focused in the area of Direct Response Marketing. Prior to DVS, Bob was one of the founders of West Direct LLC., and served as part of the senior management team for over 14 years.
Bob also operates Nichols Marketing Group, a consulting company focused on direct to consumer marketing for nearly 20 years.
Bob received an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Simon School, University of Rochester
Chris Paul has over 20 years of Executive level sales and Management experience. His experience spans from Sherwood Medical Operating Room technical sales to 15 years with West Corporation, a leading BPO. During that time Chris worked on initiatives to expand the ways businesses engage with their customers.
Chris lives in Omaha with his family and is active in the community and enjoys supporting and participating in his children’s activities.
Chris graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Jim Conway has over 25 years of contact center experience. Jim’s experience spans across all contact center infrastructure and agent management tools including: Platform, Telephony, Desktop, CRM, Workforce, Quality, Training and Back Office. Jim has held founder and management positions with several leading BPO providers including Clear Harbor, Aegis and West. Jim also has deep analytical experience gained from work with Service Data and Control Data. Jim graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and has an MS in Economics from the University of Nebraska.
